We start with your users, constraints, and business goals, not a feature list. Workshops and technical audits turn ambiguity into a scoped, sequenced plan.
Product and interface design happen together. We prototype early, test with real users where possible, and validate direction before a line of production code is written.
Senior engineers ship in one- to two-week cycles against a visible roadmap. You get working software to react to, not a status report.
We handle release engineering, monitoring, and load testing so launch day is uneventful — in the best possible way.
Most engagements continue post-launch as an embedded team, iterating on real usage data instead of guesses.
A few of the engagements we're proudest of — real constraints, real users, measurable outcomes.
We will publish verified client challenges, approaches, and results as permission allows.
Testimonials will be published once approved by clients.
Mostly seed-to-growth-stage startups and mid-size enterprise teams that need senior product engineering and design without building out a full in-house team immediately. We're selective about fit: we do best work for teams that want a hands-on technical partner, not just extra hands.
Yes, this is a common engagement for us. We often act as the technical partner from the first architecture decision through launch, and can advise on hiring an in-house team once the product and traction justify it.
It depends heavily on scope. A focused MVP typically runs 3–5 months; a larger platform build or an enterprise modernization project can run 6–12 months. During Discovery we give you a specific estimate before any build work starts.
Yes. Most of our engagements continue post-launch, either as an embedded team iterating on the product or a lighter-weight retainer for support and small enhancements. We scope this explicitly rather than assuming it.
Most engagements are scoped as fixed-fee phases (Discovery, then Design/Build) so you know the cost before committing to the next phase. Longer embedded-team engagements are billed monthly at an agreed team composition and rate. We share exact numbers after an initial scoping call, since it depends on scope and timeline.
Send a short brief and we'll set up an initial call within a couple of business days.
